What is your return or exchange policy?Updated 2 days ago

We want you to love your order from Linens 'n Things. If you’re not completely satisfied, most new, unused items can be returned within 90 days of delivery for store credit.

Please note, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size, color, or item, we recommend initiating a return for the original item(s) and placing a new order. If you need assistance in selecting a different item, our customer support team is available to help via Live Chat! 

To be eligible for return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • In original packaging with tags attached

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and paperwork

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Used, refurbished, or “as is” items

  • Items discounted 50% or more 

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Consumable goods, such as food, beverages, or supplements

  • Intimate apparel, such as bras and underwear

  • Swimwear missing manufacturer's sanitary lining

  • Baby items, including diapers and swim diapers

  • Personal care products

  • Gift Cards

  • Any items marked "Final Sale" on the product page, at checkout, or in sale T&Cs

Other terms and conditions may apply. All approved refunds will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card once the return is received and processed. Digital gift cards are redeemable on www.linensnthings.com only. Kindly note, a $9.99 restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.
